Isha Bhandari

I’m currently pursuing PGP in Technology & Business Management at Masters’ Union, building on a foundation in software engineering toward broader business and strategy roles. Over three years as a software developer at TelioLabs, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into features used by real customers — leading development on high-impact modules, streamlining workflows, and mentoring junior engineers. That experience is what’s pulling me toward roles where I can shape the requirement-to-execution process more directly.

Beyond work

Adventure sports — bungee jumping in Manali, paragliding and parasailing in Alibag, river rafting in Rishikesh, snorkeling in Vietnam, trekking to the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. Painting, sketching, cooking, best-out-of-waste projects, gardening, and global film and drama — one of my artworks was featured in TelioLabs’ company magazine (see the Experience page).

Social impact

Food distribution across underprivileged areas, free academic coaching for a domestic helper’s daughter ahead of her 10th board exams, blood donation, tree plantation, and animal welfare work.
