TelioEV

What it is

TelioEV is TelioLabs' charge-point management software: a CPMS for EV charging operators, with a Discovery mobile app, white-label support, dynamic load management, and a hardware-agnostic OCPP/OCPI platform serving residential, commercial, and fleet clients. I owned it end to end — from sprint planning and BRDs to shipped features used by 30+ enterprise clients.

What I did

• Cut initial load 70% (1s to 0.3s) by re-architecting API integration, sharpening first-impression UX for 30+ clients
• Reduced app load ~2s via lazy loading and render optimization, lifting perceived performance across the app
• Drove ~35% UI performance gain by restructuring component architecture and API handling, boosting stability
• Led the Angular 6 to 15 migration across 6 modules and 15+ libraries, modernizing the platform for faster releases
• Removed hardcoded logic to make the codebase config-driven, easing white-label onboarding across all clients
• Built 4 analytics screens with 20+ Google Charts in the CMS, giving clients filterable single-view business data
• Proposed a Location Management module mapping stations to geolocations, decluttering crowded station maps
• Redesigned role-based module access so each user tier sees only relevant tabs, sharpening focus and usability
• Migrated legacy forms to Angular reactive forms, reducing form-related bugs by 60% (per LinkedIn)
• Resolved 150+ production defects with QA and Customer Success on UAT, deploys, and Razorpay onboarding
